Refund Policy

How refunds work for digital credits, AI usage, and subscription plans on WhimWrap.

Overview

WhimWrap sells digital credits and subscription entitlements for in-app features (AI generation, photo stylization, and print-ready exports) at whimwrap.com. Because these are delivered instantly and consumed on use, refunds are limited as described below.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Digital credits

Consumed credits: non-refundable

Credits deducted for completed actions, including AI artwork generation, regeneration, photo stylization, and template finalize, are non-refundable. Once an action succeeds and credits are spent, that usage cannot be reversed.

Unused credits: eligible for review

If you purchased a credit package and have not used any credits from that purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction. Partially used packages are not eligible for a pro-rata refund of remaining credits unless required by law.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans include a recurring template quota and bundled credits as described on our pricing page.

  • You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
  • Unused monthly template quota and bundled credits do not roll over after cancellation unless stated at purchase.
  • Refunds for subscription charges are generally not provided for partial months or unused quota, except where required by law or at our discretion for billing errors.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice for the same purchase, or did not receive credits or quota you paid for, contact us within 30 days at support@whimwrap.com. Verified errors will be corrected with a refund or credit restoration.

Chargebacks and abuse

Please contact support before initiating a payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks or repeated refund abuse may result in account suspension and loss of unused entitlements.

How to request a refund

Email support@whimwrap.com with:

  • The email address used at checkout (when available)
  • Date and amount of the purchase
  • Order or receipt reference, if you have one
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
