Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WhimWrap, operated at whimwrap.com. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using our tools, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

WhimWrap provides browser-based tools to compose packaging artwork, optionally stylize uploaded photos, preview designs, and export print-ready files. Features may change as we improve the product. We will provide reasonable notice before material changes to paid features or pricing where practicable.

• Credits are digital units used for AI generation, regeneration, and (for non-subscribers) print-ready finalization. Credits are deducted when you use the corresponding feature.
• Subscriptions provide monthly template finalization quota and may include other benefits as described on our pricing page. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation will be shown at checkout.
• Credits and subscription quota are non-transferable unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
• Prices, credit costs, and plan features may be updated. Changes apply to future purchases; existing prepaid credits remain subject to these Terms and our Refund Policy.

WhimWrap may offer optional photo stylization powered by Google Gemini, a third-party AI service. By using this feature you acknowledge that:

• Only images you upload are sent for AI processing when you explicitly request stylization.
• AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always match your expectations. Credits used for AI generation are generally consumed at the time of the request.
• Google processes data according to its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or output quality beyond our reasonable efforts to integrate the feature.

You agree not to upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW (not safe for work).
• Depicts graphic violence, gore, or harm to people or animals.
• Is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Contains malware or attempts to disrupt the service.

We may remove content, refuse AI processing, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity where required. You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs comply with applicable laws and third-party rights (including trademarks and copyrights).

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• One person or business may not share accounts to circumvent credit or plan limits.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

You retain ownership of content you upload and designs you create. You grant WhimWrap a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the service (including sending uploads to Google Gemini when you use AI stylization).

Export files and AI-generated outputs are provided for your commercial and personal use subject to these Terms. You are responsible for verifying print specifications and legal compliance of final artwork.

WhimWrap is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI outputs. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not made a purchase.
